The Radio Station Data Base includes the following: call letters, address, state, zip and telephone numbers, web site and email address, program director, format to all known U.S. stations on a national level. We have this information available for immediate download. This information is current and is updated on a daily basis. Subscribers receive a free one year update anytime the data bases change. All you have to do is follow the emailed URL to the download site. Please fill out the following form and print it out, submit the form with your check and submit the form by clicking the button at the bottom of this page. |

When your payment arrives we will email you the URL to the database(s) location. At that time you can click the URL and immediately download and start using the data base(s) software. Our data bases will search by Name, Address, City, State, Zip, Format, Contact person. Print (3) three across labels or a straight list report, address book report to paper or file. You can to export data to any other data base or file. You will be up and running in minutes! * The information is updated on a weekly basis. All data bases are similar to the following. |
Q. How accurate is the information?
A. Radio Stations fill out our online forms regularly and enter all the up-dates on Station programmer and Music director.
Q. Are all of the e-mail addresses and web sites in the database?
A. E-mail addresses are only available to stations who have filled out the information or who have requested it. Many addresses are not in the database by request. Most of the station web sites are in the database.
If you need to do a large promotion to radio, you have a built-in program for mailing labels and making reports. Telephone and Fax numbers are included.
Formats to what the station programs are shown, for example: Rock, Pop, Classical, Country, etc. Also included is an address book for tracking station information. Additional fields are left blank for information you would like to append.
The database is put together by people who have or are calling promoting music to radio stations for a livelihood. You will be using the same database that is put together by music promotion experts.
About the Software: All information is easily exported to your favorite database program, or spreadsheet, if you desire the built-in instructions.
Source of Data Base: After payment is received, you will receive a URL by e-mail, leading you to the section where the database will download to your PC.
The file is saved to your PC in a zip
format. After you unzip the file the complete program and data will automatically
install on your PC. That's it! You're now
set to go!
